Rules & Policies at Infinity Gymnastics

Main Rules for Safety

• At no time should a child be left unattended waiting for class to begin. Pick-up is promptly after class.
• Students are not allowed on equipment without a coach.
• Only children enrolled in class are allowed on the gym floor.
• No running, gymnastics or horseplay allowed in waiting area.
• Please NO coaching or communicating with your child over the lobby wall. 
• If you have to use the restroom, please walk around all the equipment and do not disrupt classes. 
• No food, drinks, or gum allowed near the floor or equipment.
• Students should not enter or leave the gym area without permission from a coach. Please have the child use the restroom before class.
• Children must wait inside the building. No child under the age of 18 is allowed to leave the building without a designated guardian.
• Parents: Please make sure your child understands and follows the rules of the gym. ​

Attire 
Bring a Water bottle! Please no juice!
Girls: Leotard, Leggings or gym shorts over leotard
Shirts or a leotard must be worn over sports bras. 
Stomach must be covered.
Boys: T-shirt, shorts or sweat pants
Hair pulled back and removed from face.
No Jeans or Jewelry 
No pockets, zippers, buckles, belts or wind pants

TUITION POLICIES 
~Registration fee is due when you sign up.
~Monthly payments are due the 1st of every month!
~Credit cards on file will automatically be charged by us manually by the 15th of every month! If card declines a $15 late fee will be added. 
~Tuition pays for your child’s spot in class; tuition is NOT based on attendance.
~If you are more then a month behind on tuition, your child will not be able to attend until tuition is up to date! 
~The adult signing the registration/ bringing the child to class is responsible for tuition.
~A fee of $30.00 will be charged for any returned checks.
~Paid Registration fees and tuition are non-refundable for any reason.

Waitlisted
If you are waitlisted, Please do not pay the registration fee!
It is going to post to your account because the system has to in order to finish your portal set up, but it does not actually charge the card! You have to go back into your portal to submit the payment for the card to run. ​
We will remove the charge once we review your account and see that they are waitlisted and not enrolled. 

​Injured 
If your child is injured at any point in the season, your tuition will be half the cost to hold your spot for when you are able to return.
If fee is not paid your child's spot will not be held. This is only eligible with a doctors note and only applied to the child that is injured. 

​Withdrawing
​ Any student dropping from the program must give a two-week written notice. You are paying for your child’s spot in the class; it is NOT based on attendance. Clients are responsible for tuition covering the two-week notice. If notice is not given, the client will be responsible for that month’s tuition.

Absent & Make-Ups
It is the student’s responsibility to attend class, therefore, reductions will NOT be granted for missed classes.
However you can make-up your missed class by emailing the gym to attend a make-up class.
You can use open gym to make-up any missed class!

Scheduled Make-Up classes by age:
7 & up = Monday 7:30-8:30
5&6 = Thursday 7:00 - 8:00 
3&4 = 5:30 - 6:15 
Parent and Me class = Open Gym (Every Saturday 12:15-1:15) 

Planned Closings & Weather Closings

• All scheduled closings for Holidays can be made-up! See our Make-up policy. 
• Due to inclement weather, it may be necessary to cancel classes. We will send out emails regarding any closing information. We do not always follow Fredonia Central School’s cancellations since roads are often cleared and safe by 2:30pm. If after school activities are cancelled at Fredonia District due to weather we will also be closed. If we cancel due to a weather cancellation, you will be able to schedule a make-up class.
